Recipe #2: Walking Tacos

Here’s another great recipe that I found, I hope you like it.

 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of ground beef.  2 Tablespoons of taco seasoning.  1 cup of cheese.  1 cup of lettuce.  1/4 cup of tomatoes.  1/3 cup + 1 Tablespoon of water, and 1 handful of cornchips.

 

Directions:

1. Brown and crumble the ground beef.  2. Drain fat.  3. Stir in seasoning and water.  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5mins.  5. Layer.  6. Serve,eat,and clean up.

    I love how you have taken to writing recipes on your blog! This is such a great idea. So many people have blogs where all they do is create recipes or make recipes, take photographs of their creations, and share them with the world! Food is certainly something that everyone has in common. 🙂 Keep up the good work. I look forward to hearing more of your recipes! I might try to make this one this weekend!
