Recipe #2: Walking Tacos

Here’s another great recipe that I found, I hope you like it.

 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of ground beef.  2 Tablespoons of taco seasoning.  1 cup of cheese.  1 cup of lettuce.  1/4 cup of tomatoes.  1/3 cup + 1 Tablespoon of water, and 1 handful of cornchips.

 

Directions:

1. Brown and crumble the ground beef.  2. Drain fat.  3. Stir in seasoning and water.  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5mins.  5. Layer.  6. Serve,eat,and clean up.

Recipe #1: Monkey Bread

This week I’m sharing my brothers Monkey Bread recipe.

 

Ingredients:     Lean Pillsbury  Grands, 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 1/4th cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 3 tablespoons of melted butter.(Pour extra cinnamon and sugar over the biscuits).

Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease a round cake pan. In a bowl mix sugar and cinnamon together until evenly mixed. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut into quarters, roll biscuits in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Put biscuits in the pan. Mix together brown sugar and melted butter. Pour the mixture over the biscuits evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and not doughy in center. Cool for as long as you wish and flip pan over onto serving plate.
